Precorder is a Palm Pre app homebrew Pre community. Its in alpha stage but does the job well if you want to record a video on Palm Pre. Video streams are available in Mpeg-4, H.263, H.264/AVC and for audio you have the options from AAC, AMRNB, MP3. The video containers are either mp4 or 3GP. [...]
